RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30AM. until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.13484/2022 dt.5/8/2022 in Crime No.67/2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHARATHI KANNAN K R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13484 of 2022 on 05.08.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13484 of 2022 is relaxed in toto.
