ORDER

Even though the writ petitioners challenge the demand, it has been brought on record that the petitioners had in fact paid the deficit stamp duty and the registration charges and the document had also been returned to the petitioners after registration.

2. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition and the same stands accordingly, closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
