PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.1029 of 2023, on the file of the 1st respondent Police and to quash the same.

COMMON ORDER: The Court made the following order :- These petitions are filed to quash the impugned FIRs in Crime Nos.989 and 1029 of 2023 which are case and counter case. 2.These cases were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, 2/4

vide order, dated 22.11.2023.

3.Today, it is submitted that the issue has been settled in the mediation and the parties have entered into a settlement agreement.

M.D.Uththiranayagam has agreed to receive Rs.2 Lakhs/- from Balakrishnan and they have also agreed to withdraw all the pending criminal cases and suits. 4.Based on the settlement agreement, the the criminal original petitions are allowed and the impugned FIRs are quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order.
