ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to recall any Look Out Circulars issued in the name of the writ petitioner in consideration of the representation dated 16.08.2024.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.6 of 2024 on 06.03.2024 against six persons including the writ petitioner, that lookout circular was issued on 12.04.2024 against the writ petitioner, who was in abroad, that the second respondent has filed a final report and the case was taken cognizance in C.C.No.97 of 2024 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram and that when the writ petitioner returned to India, he was arrested on 27.07.2024 and thereafter he was released on bail.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has already filed an application in 2/5
CIS.Crl.M.P.No.2625 of 2024 under Section 205 Cr.P.C. to dispense with his presence and the same came to be allowed vide order dated 14.10.2024 by imposing certain conditions.

Considering the fact that as of now, there is no warrant pending against the writ petitioner, the first respondent is directed to take necessary steps to recall the lookout circular and address a letter to the concerned authorities within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to follow the direction imposed in the order passed in CIS.Crl.M.P.No.2625 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 17.10.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No csm Note : Issue order copy on 22.10.2024 3/5
