This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order in Na.Ka.No.478/2016/A2 dated 23.08.2016 and consequent impugned order in Na.Ka.No.478/2016/A2 dated 31.10.2016 on the file of the first respondent and to reinstate the petitioner back in service with all consequential benefits.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
