The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundary stones in the petitioner's leased quarrying land in Survey No.432/2(PT) (Q.No.1) (N) measuring an extent of 0.40.0 hectares situated at Thulaiyanur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions, submits that the survey was already conducted. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.
