This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to expedite the trial in D.V.O.P.No.15 of 2018 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, is directed to dispose of D.V.O.P.No.15 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on the hearing dates, the trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.
