PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the 2nd respondent not to Harass the Petitioner and his Sisters based on the Petitioner's Representation dated 23.08.2023 by following the Rule 562(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Police Standing Order.

B Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 and cases are pending in various Courts. It is submitted further that the respondent No.3 has filed a false complaint, basing on which the police have been harassing the petitioner without any basis and without following due process of law. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner was registered as CSR.No. 817 of 2023 and after conducting due enquiry, it was closed on 09.09.2023. 2/4

4.Since the complaint given by the respondent No.3 has already been closed, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
