ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.371 of 2017, in accordance with law and to frame the time to file the charge sheet.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.371 of 2017 and filed a report as 'action dropped' and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner on 31.08.2019.
