By relying on an assignment patta dated 29.02.2012, the petitioner had made a representation to rectify an error in the revenue records. He seeks early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within twelve (12) weeks.

3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2025 on merits within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
