The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already handed over the entire bundle to the petitioner along with the change of vakalath even before three months. Even until today, the petitioner failed to engage any new counsel on record to represent the case before this Court on his behalf. Today, when the matter is called, no one is represented on behalf of the petitioner, either through counsel or in person. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed for default.
