2. This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to convert the petitioner's fixed deposits account Nos.35624182379, 3524176535 as Savings Bank Account and consider the representation dated 20.12.2016. Till date, no counter has been filed by the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that notice has been issued to the RBI, however, no instructions were received from the RBI.

4. Be that as it may, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
