O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed, invoking under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to set aside the order passed in Criminal Revision No.16 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, modified the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.9412 of 2017 dated 08.03.2018 in DVC No.49 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.01.2022, this Court has directed the Registry to get a report from the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli. 3.In pursuance of the same, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, has submitted a report on 21.01.2022 stating that that Court has passed an modified order on 14.09.2018 in Criminal Revision No.16 of 2018 and that Criminal Revision No.16 of 2018 alone was disposed and as per the instructions received the original case in DVC No.49 of 2017 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli is posted for mediation.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22567 of 2018 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the matter was settled between the parties and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
