2. The petitioner wanted certified copy of the petition mentioned document. During the relevant time, the entire records had been sent to the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul. Therefore, the petitioner's request could not be complied with. Now, the respondent is very much in a position to consider the petitioner's request.

3. It is open to the petitioner to make a fresh application and the respondent is directed to comply with the same subject to payment of the usual charges. The writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
