ORDER

The respondent is the plaintiff in O.S.No.47 of 2019 on the file of District Munsif Court, Peraiyur. I.A.No.170 of 2021 was filed to enable the plaintiff's son to participate in the suit on behalf of the plaintiff. The said IA was allowed on 27.08.2021. Questioning the same, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the plaintiff wants to withdraw O.S.No.47 of 2019 itself because possession of the property has already been handed over to the plaintiff.

3.Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
