O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.57 of 2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the final report was made ready on 20.03.2023 and the respondent Police would file the final report before the appropriate Court within a short time.

3.In view of the submission made by the the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Police to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
