When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court dated 05.08.2024 has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 02767/A3/E1/2024 dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Joint Director (Personnel), Directorate of School Education. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed with the same. 2/4
