O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.347 of 2017 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submits that the FIR in Crime No.347 of 2017 was closed as mistake of fact and a closure report has been filed on 31.03.2023.
3.In view of the submission made by the the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner today itself.
