ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, particularly, the first respondent, with the help of the second respondent, to conduct, to measure and fix boundary stones in the property of the petitioner in S.No.786/1B, measuring 2.64 acres in Batlagundu village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner states that the property had been settled in her name, by her husband by a registered document, a copy of which has been filed as a document in the writ petition. 2.As a matter of fact, it is seen that notice had actually been issued by the first respondent stating that survey would be conducted on 11.11.2021. W.P(MD)No.21988 of 2021 states that unfortunately, though notice was issued, the respondents did not survey the land.
3.A direction is given to the first respondent to re-issue the notice, fix a date for inspection, examine the documents of the petitioner and thereafter take a decision to proceed further and if not give a reason in writing. The petitioner is directed to produce relevant records with respect to title and ownership. The petitioner must be present on the day fixed for conducting survey of the land of the petitioner. I am confident that the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
