PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the representation dated 22.08.2023 & 05.09.2023 except due process of law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the representation dated 22.08.2023 & 05.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.363 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there is matrimonial issue between the parties and on the basis of the undertaking given by the third respondent, the above said enquiry was closed, directing the parties to resolve the issue at the village level.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4. with the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
