The petitioner with a grievance that the 3rd respondent's hollow block unit is causing nuisance to the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent has made certain remedial measures and now there is no issue in this regard.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
