ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging the violation of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13437 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024, wherein the 3rd respondent was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2024 and pass orders before the vacancy is filled up through fresh appointment in the school.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the contemnor/3rd respondent in the contempt petition, the request of the writ petitioner was considered and rejected by an order dated 28.10.2024.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the contempt petitioner to challenge the said order dated 28.10.2024, if he is so advised.
