This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.495 of 2017. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 25.10.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.495 of 2017 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
