ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to transfer the patta in his name in respect of the property situated in Survey No.66/3A2, Nemmeli Thippaiakudi Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, pursuant to the sale certificate issued by Sub Court, Pattukottai, dated 17.04.2014.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.P.Vadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property in a Court auction sale and the property was delivered to him through the Civil Court in E.P.No.58 of 2010 in O.S.No.58 of 2005, on the file of Sub

Court, Pattukottai. The petitioner submitted an online application on 28.03.2023, seeking mutation of the revenue records. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.03.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
