Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader states that there was an encroachment to an extent of 1 meter and that it was removed in the year 2019. At present there is no need and necessity for conducting survey. It is clarified that as on date there is no encroachment.
