Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Government Order in G.O.(4D)No.01, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (KaPa1-2) Department, dated 26.07.2019 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to conduct direct recruitment by way of calling for the candidates from employment exchange and open market by following the rule of reservation in accordance with the Judgment of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1114 of 2015, dated 03.11.2015. 1/4

ORDER
The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that after filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed two other Writ Petitions in (i) W.P.(MD)No.11753 of 2020 and (ii) W.P.(MD)No.7713 of 2023, challenging the subsequent developments of the impugned proceedings in the present petition, which were considered by this Court and the first Writ Petition was dismissed and the second Writ Petition was allowed.
2. It is pertinent to mention here that in pursuance of the order in W.P. (MD)No.7713 of 2023, the Government has also come up with an amendment to the Recruitment Rules to the post of Livestock Inspector Grade II, vide Gazette Notification dated 14.08.2025. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition to quash the Government Order in G.O.(4D)No.01, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (KaPa1-2) Department, dated 26.07.2019, has become infructuous. 2/4
3. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
