RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit granted by this Honble court with regard to the execution of sureties in Crl O.P(MD) No. 13177/2023 dated 19.07.2023 Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to ill health, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13177 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
