This petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in S.T.C.No.446 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that S.T.C.No.446 of 2018, was ended in acquittal on 20.02.2024 and he has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in S.T.C.No.446 of 2018, dated 20.02.2024.
