PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to settle the sum of Rs.1,45,851/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty One Only) with 18% interest to the petitioner, which was illegally with held by the respondent along with arrears in leave salary.
