Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1939/2018/C1 dated 12.09.2018, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attended and monetary benefits.

The petitioner's suspension order is under challenge in the present writ petition. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Municipality submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service on 09.02.2019. As such the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.
