ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, particularly, the first respondent, with the help of the second respondent, to conduct, to measure and fix boundary stones in the property of the petitioner in Survey No.786/1A and 786/1C, to an extent of two acres, Batlagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District - 624 202. 2.As a matter of fact, it is seen that notice had actually been issued by the first respondent stating that survey would be conducted on 11.11.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that unfortunately, though notice was issued, the respondents did not survey the land.

W.P(MD)No.22048 of 2021 3.A direction is given to the first respondent to re-issue the notice, fix a date for inspection, examine the documents of the petitioner and thereafter take a decision to proceed further and if not give a reason in writing. The petitioner is directed to produce relevant records with respect to title and ownership. The petitioner must be present on the day fixed for conducting survey of the land of the petitioner. I am confident that the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
