ORDER

The petitioner defacto complainant in CC.No.2018 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai has filed this petition seeking a direction for concluding the case within a stipulated time.

2.The Hon'ble Supreme Court time and again has reiterated that there shall not be any direction to the trial courts for early disposal of the cases without ascertaining the cases pending on their file. This case is of the year 2023. Therefore, this court is not inclined to issue any such direction as sought for by this petitioner. However the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai may consider disposing of the case in CC.No.2018 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.
