PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report in Crime No.465 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted the investigation in Crime No.465 of 2021 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
