ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 to 6 and include the writ petitioners' names in the list of Victims / Depositors / Witness and conclude the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.7 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022 on the file of the sixth respondent and consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation sent by the writ petitioners dated 20.03.2024 and identify the Assets belongs to the respondents 7 and 8 and settle the dues of the writ petitioners after disposing the properties belonging to the respondents 7 and 8 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 2 to 6. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 would submit that they have not received any representation dated 20.03.2024 from the writ petitioners.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners would submit that they are ready to give a fresh representation.

5. Considering the above, the writ petitioners are directed to give a representation to the fourth respondent and on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and take a decision within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the 4/6

representation. Since investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders with regard to other two reliefs claimed by the writ petitioners.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
