Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the application in O.A.No.7/2022 within the time stipulated by this court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submits that the application in O.A.No.7 of 2022 filed under Section 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, will be considered and disposed of within a period of three months.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the second respondent, by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the application in O.A.No.7 of 2022 filed under Section 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu 2/4
