ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order in Pa.Mu.No.3322/2023/A3 dated 18.03.2024 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondents to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner's father, as per the report of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1920/2023/A3 dated 11.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.When the matter came up for hearing today, it is informed that a suit in O.S.No.370 of 2022 filed by one Karnan, who is the paternal uncle of the petitioner herein, before the Sub-Court, Theni, against the petitioner and others, to stall the revenue enquiry and the same is pending.

4.Considering the fact that the suit is pending, this Court directs the petitioner to renew his request after the disposal of the suit. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
