ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner challenges the order passed by the 1st respondent granting approval for the constitution of the school committee. It is seen that by the impugned order, approval was granted to the school committee for the period from 01.12.2016 to 30.11.2019. The said period had already lapsed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly. I make it clear that the dismissal of the writ petition will not mean that the contentions raised by the petitioner's counsel are without merit. In other words, all the contentions are left entirely open. The dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous will not in any way affect the petitioner's rights. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
