This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings pending in Na.Ka.No.1884/2016/A-1, dated 25.05.2016 within the time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the patta was standing in the name of the respondents 2 to 4, the petitioner has given a representation to delete the name of the private respondents and to give patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation given by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent and that the first respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, the first respondent is 2/4

directed to consider the petitioner's representation pending in Na.Ka. No.1884/2016/A-1, dated 25.05.2016, after issuing notice to the necessary parties and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
