ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.229 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No. 851 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report, if so advised.
