ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2024 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that the property in Survey No.175B/1A to an extent of 868 sq.ft, situated at A.Kokkulam Village, Checkanoorani, Madurai District, had been purchased by the petitioner in the name of the 3rd respondent, who is none other than the husband of the petitioner, by selling the gold jewels of the petitioner. Now, due to some misunderstanding, the petitioner and the 3rd respondent are living separately. Taking advantage of the same, the 3rd respondent is now trying to sell the property in question. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.07.2024 to the District Registrar, Registration Department, Madurai and the 2nd respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4.At the outset, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner has any grievance against the 3rd respondent, it is for her to file an appropriate civil Suit, claiming right over the property in question as per the provisions of law. Without doing so, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, restraining the persons from dealing with the property in question, which is not maintainable.
