ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2021 on the file of the fifth respondent/Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Bodi, Theni District to any other officer in the cadre of Inspector of Police in Madurai District with supervision of the first and second respondents. 2/6
2.It is evident from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner FIR in Cr.No.19 of 2021 came to be registered against four persons for the offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 506(2), 109 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and that the fifth respondent, after completion of investigation, has filed the final report as against the husband of the petitioner for the offence under Section 498(A) IPC.
3.The main contention of the petitioner is that the other three accused, who are all named in FIR, were not included as accused in the final report and some of the offences were also not included in the final report.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the fifth respondent has already filed the final report on 14.02.2024 and the case was also taken on file in C.C.No.23 of 2024, which is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor.

5.Though the petitioner alleged that some of the accused were not included and some of the offences were not included in the final report, she has not given any valid reasons or grounds to transfer the investigation or for further investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief claimed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so advised.
