ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.490 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that some of the accused are still absconding.

3.The petitioner's counsel would state that though warrant was issued against the other accused, they subsequently appeared and the warrant has since been recalled. As on date, all the accused are appearing before the court below.

4. IN view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner's counsel, the learned trial Magistrate is called upon to conclude C.C.No.490 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
