For Petitioner :Mr.M.P.Senthil For R1 and R2 :Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to comply with the orders dated 17.03.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.754 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.252 of 2023 against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 468, 474 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. 3.Since the very purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been fulfilled on account of registration of the FIR, this petition becomes infructuous. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
