(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) The petitioner is a political functionary and stated to be the State General Secretary of a political party and all the representations sent by him contain the Party Symbol, his name and all other qualifications possessed by him. The above said particulars showed by the petitioner can never intimidate the Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

2. After we dictated the order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
