This petitioner with a grievance that his complaints, dated 01.08.2025 and 05.08.2025 have not been acted upon by the respondent police, has approached this Court. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaints of this petitioner were enquired by the respondent police as a petition enquiry in CSR No.208 of 2025 and the same was closed on 28.07.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate civil Forum. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the 2/4

petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
