The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to disturb or prevent the Thiruppani/ Renovation/Kumbhabisekam works of Arulmighu Athi Korakkanatha Swamy Thirukovil, Thiruppavanam, Sivagangai District, by interfering in
the administration of religious denomination of Ayira Vysa Community of the said temple.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Kumbhabisekam was already performed. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
