The above petition has been filed seeking impleadment of the petitioners 2 and 3 as respondents in the main appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the first petitioner executed a power of attorney on 08.12.2022 and in pursuance of the same, the power agent executed a sale deed in favour of the petitioners 2 and 3 on 27.01.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to allow the petition.

5. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 28.01.2026.
