Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear the same, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the cases on their file. He would also state that no complaint has been received against the petitioner. Therefore, enquiring or summoning the petitioner does not arise.
