: Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The petitioner, a Class-I Contractor, has submitted tender documents through on-line for the works called for by the first respondent on 26.07.2023 and has filed these writ petitions for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his tender documents.
2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's applications have been considered during Pre Qualification 3/6
Bid and one application submitted for the work of TNV 43 was rejected due to shortage of Earnest Money Deposit and other two applications are under process.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw these writ petitions.
4. This Court is not inclined to grant permission to withdraw these writ petition. However, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
