By order dated 25.08.2025, while the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the petition, this Court has not issued directions to the Registry to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, paragraph No.2 of the order dated 25.08.2025 shall stand substituted with the following :-

2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs. Further, Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner under proper acknowledgement.

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
